Rimmel Lasting Finish 1000 Kisses Lip Tint in Forever Walnut

Hi Beauties!

Ramazan Mubarak to all my lovely ladies. This is my first post after the beginning of the holy month of Ramzan. I am finding it so hard to manage time for blogging between work and Ramzan. Got loads of work pressure at job too these days. However here I am, finally back on my blog (just can't stay away from you beauties). Few days back I reviewed Rimmel 1000 kisses long lasting lip tint and balm in stay very berry (read review here). Today I am reviewing the same product however, in a different shade.

Since I really liked the lasting power of this lip tint I wanted to get myself another one. Now nudes happen to be my most fave shades be it in pinks or browns so I thought of buying it in Nothing but the nude. However when I swatched it on my hand I found it to be quite light in color and I settled for the shade 720, Forever Walnut.

Forever Walnut lip tint is just like a felt tip marker used for coloring and writing. Someone unfamiliar with the product might even mistake it for a felt tip. However its a lip tint that has 2 in one features. One side is the color applicator while the other one is a lip balm for moisturizing the lips and giving them a shiny glossy finish.

Here is a swatch of how it appears on my lips

Just like the other Rimmel lip tint this one lasts real long too and has the same staying power. However I felt I should have gone for the Nothing but the nude shade since lip tints appear to be very pigmented and bright. This one gives tends to give out a rust shade on my lips, a mixture of orange and brown you can say. Some how lip tints tend to appear brighter and darker on my lower lip and lighter on my upper lip :o (I wonder why) Its not the king of shade I normally wear everyday but it does look good on me and after sometime it tends to tone down a bit. So if you are into loud browns and orange shades then this is the right color for you.

If you still have not tried Rimmel lip tints then I would say you, definitely are missing out on them. They are a must try. They are available nation wide on Rimmel counters in stores and are priced at Rs. 1200. I purchased mine from Raja Sahib Link Road. Hope you liked my review. Stay healthy and beautiful. Take care!
