It's time to clean out the beauty cabinet again! Today's empties post features a mix of products – some that I absolutely loved and others that left me wanting more. Let's dive in!

Empties: February 2024

Listerine mouth wash is a staple oral hygiene product for me for years now. Although my favorite flavor has always been the original one but sometimes I dont find it on the shelves. Sohail prefers a milder version so he bought the one in Miswak flavor. 

2. The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil Sublime Nourishing Whipped Lotion

Even though I have been an avid fan of the brand, over the years I have come to rate The Body Shop as an average brand. The lack of innovation in their products has also led to its closure in the USA market now. Take this Argan oil body lotion for example. Even though it smells great, it doesn't provide the moisturization it should. 

3. Johnson's Baby Bath 

I always maintain back ups for Wali's daily use products. This was purchased before the whole boycott fiasco. Although Johnson's is a classic brand with a classic tear free formula but now I have switched to local options for obvious reasons. 

4. Fyto Derma Care face wash for acne prone skin

5. Dove Baby rash cream 

As an anti rash cream for Wali, previously, I was using Sudocrem. Since its manufactured by Teva which is an Israeli company, I decided to give it up and switch to other options. I switched to Dove. It worked well but not as good as Sudocrem. I am still on the look out of rash products that can provide the same quality as Sudo. 

6. Simply Cotton Pads

These cotton pads are a great value for the price. They're soft and absorbent, perfect for removing makeup or applying toner. I'll definitely repurchase these.

7. Flormar Nail Buffer

This nail buffer did a good job of smoothing out ridges and evening out the nail surface. However, it didn't last as long as some other buffers I've used. I might try something new next time.
