The most popular subscription service I believe at the moment is, ST Effects beauty box with 450 subscribers per month approximately. The service is totally booked for the year with no empty spot left. This box happens to be my last one as I could not continue the service due to my unemployed status for the time being. Here is what I received in the most talked about local subscription, ST Effects Beauty Box, for the month May 2015. This time, instead of the statement ST effects box, I received my items in a jewllery display box. The items being fragile were packed in the tight jewellery box for transition purposes. The ST effects box was due to be sent with the next one.

This post is quite late but here is what I received in my Glam bag for the month of May. The pouch is same in size as it was last month. The only change this time around is in the design. This time, its a checkered pattern which reminds me of Burberry coats and shawls.

Halal Makeup is becoming quite the trend now and is gaining popularity among the Muslim women massively. Almost 2 months back I received the privilege to attend the launch party of newly launched Halal makeup range by the very famous and well recognized Masarrat Misbah. She is one of the pioneers and trend setters in the makeup industry of Pakistan. I remember growing up to the one well-known salon name; Depilex. Not limited to just makeup industry she is an active philanthropist who has her own organization to help female victims of acid attacks by housing them, training them and enabling them to be a part of the community again. It is much to my pleasure to know that she has launched her own makeup brand in Pakistan that too a halal one by the name of Masarrat Misbah, (MM). Here are some shots from the launch party. Hope you will enjoy them and be a part of it as much as I was.

Primers have become very popular in the beauty industry. There was a time when the term primer was unheard of but now makeup application can not begin without the use of a primer. Many among us still do not know the usability of primer or how it affects the overall makeup application. I tend to explain in detail how useful a primer can be in today's post.

I have been using primers for some time now. I have had my fair share of good and worthless primers and I believe primers prove to be of great assistance in makeup application. Recently I had the opportunity to try out w7's prime magic camera ready face primer, one of the variants out of its primer range. For further details on the primer read the full post.

As you all know, I love shopping and also I love shopping online. I had been on the look out for nice wedges for some time and was really inspired by Kate Middleton's wedges that she wore once. Sadly, I was unable to find those anywhere. Luckily, while surfing the internet, I stumbled upon a website that had those similar looking shoes. For reference I am attaching a picture as to what sort of wedges I was searching for.

Summers are finally here and the temperature is rising day by day. The sun is all set to dehydrate you and make you dull. The question is what to do revitalize yourself in a jiffy? I have found aromatherapy quite effective for myself. There is nothing like a soothing cold bath to freshen you up in the harsh summer weather. It doesnt hurt to bath twice or thrice a day given the extreme temperature. Mixing a little bath soak makes the bath all the more pleasant and rejuvenating. I tried Well-beeing's Bee-Oudh bath soak and here is how it worked for me...

It seems I have been away from blogging for real long. I keep on having this writer's block from time to time and also I am guilty of juggling my work and blog at the same time, which usually results in my blog being neglected. Since I am out of work for now and have nothing much to occupy me with, I am hoping to be much regular with blogging. Today's post is about my horrendous experience with awful dandruff I got suddenly this past Winter season and how managed to get rid of it eventually. If you suffer from dandruff issues as well then my post might be savior for you. Keep reading!!!

If you have been following my blog, you would know, I mentioned about the official launch of W7 in Pakistan. The brand has officially made its way to Pakistan. I am beginning to like UK brands more and more, they are at least reaching our markets unlike many American ones. This past Friday, the W7 team arranged a meetup for the beauty bloggers of Lahore to acquaint them with the brand and its products. Below are a few moments I captured of the meet up. Hope you will enjoy the post and drool over the products liked we did ;)

I believe it is now safe to admit that I am obsessed with subscription services by now. I keep on subscribing to them over and over. But within a span of 4 months, I have come to a point where I can fairly decide which ones to subscribe and which ones to rule out. I have previously subscribed to Mystery Box by Beauty Enhancers twice and this is the third mystery box I am reviewing. Read further to find out what I got this month.

No matter what the brand, each brand has its own make of the naked or nude color eye palettes. Ranging from mattes to glittery and pastels to darks, nude palettes come in never ending combinations now. With so much influx sometimes it gets real hard to put your hands on the right palette. This is where, we, beauty bloggers come in handy with our reviews. Today I am reviewing one such nude palette by W7 known by the name, naked nudes. Read my review further to find our more about this quad palette.
