My new love: Blue/Plum Bag from Haroon's

Hi Beauties!

My month does not start if I do not vsit Haroon's. And whenever I go to Haroon's there is always some new variety of stuff waiting for me to buy. I think it has never ever happened that I have been to Haroon's and come out empty handed.

This time I got another handbag for myself in blue and plum shade with blue, pink and yellow flowers.

The front side of the bag has multi colored flowers while the back side is plain with just a blue zipper pocket. This bag is not in leather material, its more like a thick fabric bag. If you remember my black bag from Haroon's, you will notice this bag having exactly similar shape to that one. The style and material varies but the size and shape is exactly the same.

The zippers and handle of the bag are in a leather like material but the rest of the bag is made up of fabric. The front part also has leather like dangling flower shapes tied to the front handle. I also liked the zipper. Its braided and knotted.

Coming to the inner view of the bag It has a zipper pocket at the inner back side, a mobile pocket and another small pocket adjacent to the mobile pocket, all lined with blue leather material.

The handbag is very comfortable to use. Its the kind you carry on your arm or hold in the hand. It does not come with a shoulder strap so one is restricted to carry it over the arms which might tend to get tiring if you carry alot of stuff in your handbag like me. It comes with a white protective dust bag, so when the bag is not in use you can put it inside the dust bag to save it from dust. The bag is priced at Rs. 2195.

This bag is my new love and I am using it on everyday basis now. Its looks really cute and chic and has quite alot of storage capacity. White orange basket bag from Haroon's

Hi Beauties!

I went splurging over the weekend on Lahore streets and got myself quite alot of things. Out of which I am going to be sharing my new hand bag with you all.

When it comes to hand bags Haroon's is my number one choice always. I find them very reasonable/ pocket friendly and stylish. They are durable and really serve the purpose well. This bag I'd say is a little different from the usual ones I carry. How? Lets see to find out:

This is a basket style handbag that comes with an outer basket woven style bag and an inner thick parachute material bag. These are available in a variety of colors. Some are in mix and match shades and some are the same colored shades. Like this mix and match one has a white exterior bag and an orange interior bag. The same colored ones have both the bags of same colors as in purely pink, yellow or blue.

The outer bag is separate and can be carried alone as well.

The interior bag

The interior bag can be used alone separately. It has an orange detachable strap which when attached can be carried over the shoulders. The strap is shown in the pictures below.

Sorry for the crappy dark quality of the pictures. The light was about to go and it was night time and I wanted to be done with the pictures before the light went out. So the bag has two large inner compartments which are divided by a zip pocket. It has another small inner zip pocket but no mobile pocket.

Here is the strap that came with the bag. It is attached on the inner side of the bag and can be made a shoulder bag too but it sticks with the interior bag only so if you want to shoulder carry the bag you can not use it with the basket.

The bag came with a protective dust bag so when not in use you can keep the bag inside this dust protectant bag to prevent it from dust and mites.

I like this bag but I would not call it one of my favorite ones. I purchased it as I did not have a big orange bag plus it was economical too. There was one in orange of same style with orange basket too but I preffered this one as it was in two colors and was a little different than regular bags. Now if you are into hand carrying your bags then you can easily carry it around but if you prefer carrying your bags on your arms or shoulders then this style is not for you. The bag is solid and sturdy and can with stand rough usage. It is quite spacy and can store in a lot of items. I took it to work the other day and my fellow collegues liked the style very much and praised it. The material of the inner bag is sturdy and can be cleaned with a wet cloth. The bag is priced at Rs. 2050 which I would say is reasonable enough for the quality and style. I would rate this bag 3.5/5 and if you like the style then I would recommend you to give it a try.

There are several tips that a person can use to find the best priced purse. The first tip is to look for discount codes when you are shopping for the purse online. This is one of the best ways that a person can assure that they are not going to have to pay the full price on the purse. All a person has to do is put the promotional code into the blank white box. Most of the time, a person is going to be able to find a promotional code that is going to save them from 10 to 40 percent on the purse.

2. Outlet Shops

The second tip is to take a trip out to the outlet shops. A person is going to be able to find a lot of great deal at the outlet because this is where the big brand purse shops send the purses that they cannot sell. One of the most popular purse outlets is Coach. The reason this one is so popular is because the shop will ship the purses as little as three months after they have been in the store. A person is going to be able to save about 15 to 75 percent on the purses at the outlet.

3. Sample Sales

The third tip is to find out where there are sample sales on the purse stores that you like. Most of the time, a store is going to have a sample sale on their purses about twice a year. During these sample sales, there are going to be tables and tables of purses that are going to be marked down to at 20 percent. These purses are on sale because the store ordered too many of them or the purses might have a little defect on them. A defect could be something as small as some scratches. The more defects that the purse has, the bigger discount a person is going to get.

4. Designer Discount stores

The fourth tip is to go to a designer discount store. These designer discount stores include stores like T.J. Maxx and Marshall's. These stores are going to carry a lot of purses that have been overstocked or last season. Therefore, a person might not be able to get the exact color that they were looking for in the purse, but the savings is going to be well worth it. The best way to get the best purses that you want is to find out when the store gets all of its new shipments. You should also try to make sure that you shop at the store on that day, or soon after.

5. Shop on Ebay

The fifth tip is to look for used name brand purses on Ebay. The best way to do this is to type "authentic" in the search bar and the name brand that you are looking for. Then, a person is going to need to look for purses that are going to be sold during a weird time of night like two in the morning. A person is going to be able to find a way better deal on the purse that they are looking for because there is going to be less competition for that purse.

6. Join email lists

The sixth tip is to join the email lists of all of the online purse stores that you frequently like to shop at. This is so that you will know when the store is having any sales or promotions going on within the stores, or online. Plus, a person is probably going to get access to certain sales or promotional codes from the top designer purse brands that might only exist to the people who are apart of the email list.

Haroon's Bag Part II

Hi Beauties!

So here is another bag from the series of bags I got myself from Harron's and this one is my personal favorite.

Its a really nice black colored leather bag in a duffle shape and has a patchy pattern all over it. The picture below is the back view of the bag. It has a zip pocket behind which is deep enough to put small things or your mobile phone.

This is the inside view of the bag. It has a small mobile pocket and an adjacent pocket next to the mobile one.

Then there are two zipper pockets and a small open pocket between the two zipper pockets. So in all this bag has a total of 6 pockets excluding the actual middle compartment. The middle compartment is quite spacy and you can put in a lot of junk there.

Along the sides of the bag are two buttony straps. You can button them and the bag will acquire the shape of a duffle bag.

This is how the bag looks when buttoned up from the sides and also zipped. But I don not prefer using it this way as it distorts the shape of the bag plus I think regular buttoning will wrinkle up the leather.

This is the top view of the bag. It has a zip along with a magnet button. I wonder what the button is for when the zipper is already there :p

The bag came with an extra strap for additional length in case you want to hang it on the shoulder. I have not used it wih this strap. Below the strap is a large sized dust bag to protect the bag from dust. The dust bag has got a string. Place the bag inside ang pull the string. Your bag will be safe from dust and moths.

Ok, I forgot to take pictures of the bag along with this pouch. This also came with the bag and hangs around the bag on the metallic hook along the side. Its a small zipper pouch exactly of the same material as the bag.

Here is the inner view of the pouch. It has a cottony inside lining and can be used as a clutch casually.

This was all about the bag. I got this one from Haroon's Defence outlet Lahore for Rs. 1895. I simply love to flaunt this bag. Its leather is smooth and shiny and so touchable. I love the pattern, the style and shape of the bag. Its great for everyday use if you are a working woman and also for traveling. I simply love Haroon's. Handbag by Haroon's Part I

Hi Beauties!

Well I got a little crazy this month when I went to Haroon's and saw their bags collection. They have got such awesomely amazing collection again, be it handbags, clutches; formal or casual. I just could not resist and got myself 4 handbags and a casual carry around pouch. Would be sharing them with you one by one.

So this is what I got this time.

This is the front view of the bag. Its a leather bag made up of very fine material and is smooth and shiny.

The back view of the bag. Although both the sides are exactly the same, the only difference is of the heart shaped tags tied to one of the handles of the bag. It helps in differentiating what side is the front.

This is the top view of the bag. It has a zipper top. Contents will remain safe in the bag and wont fall or slip out.

And finally the inner view of the bag. It has Two zipper pockets. One mobile pocket and another pocket adjacent to the mobile pocket. There are two middle pockets as well.

My Experience:

My experience with this has been really great. I really like carrying out this bag with me. The material of this bag is really smooth and shiny. I wont say its really soft because the bag is not really that soft. In terms of softness I would say it falls somewhere between hard and soft but thats also a good thing because it helps in retaining the shape of the bag. The handles I would say are a little hard on the arms, not vary comfortable for hanging for a lengthy span of time. The zip is really smooth. The best part I find about this bag is that it has quite alot of pockets which means I dont have to put a separate organizer in my handbag to keep all the things organized. I usually employ this bag for office use and I am really happy with it.
