Its a China based cosmeceuticals company that deals in color cosmetics, skin care products and hair dressing products mainly. They have around 300 product varieties. The brand is endorsed by Alibaba and Ali Express where they have an official online store. 

I haven't had the chance to use their products earlier. This is the first time I have used any of their products. Read my complete review to know about my experience with HengFang cosmetics.

It took me really long to review this one but nothing new in that. I always end up procrastinating. As I always say, better late than never, so here is my review on one of my most favorite red lipsticks, more like my favorite semi-matte liquid lipstick. 

There has been a huge vibe surrounding Hourglass cosmetics after the launch of ambient palettes and highlighters. Everyone was going crazy after those and the poor me on the other hand had not tried a single product from this brand. Finally I got my hands on deluxe sized opaque liquid lipstick coz quite frankly I was not willing to spend money on a full sized product for trial purposes. Every other day we read about harmful chemicals used in makeup products and how they breed diseases in humans. So many medical cases have sprung forward where the use of makeup has led to harm to human bodies. Be it in the form of allergies or resulting in surgeries. As a result more and more research is being conducted to make cosmetics chemical free and organic as much as possible. As a Muslim, we also need to ensure there are no haram products in the cosmetics we consume. There is a widespread concept that intake of haram items is not allowed in the form of eatables. Its true we do not eat make up but in any case we expose ourselves to haram ingredients by using them. For example, there are certain lipsticks we use, they contain crushed beetles of a particular kind, no matter how much we prevent, I am sure there is a certain intake of lipstick into our system by unconscious licking or biting the lips. Similarly the makeup applied onto the skin absorbs into our pores and thats how the harmful chemicals make their way into our system.

As many of you must have figured it out by now, I am crazy about subscription services. I keep on trying different subscriptions time to time. The suspense of not knowing what I would be getting is the best thing about these subscription services to me. Its like a gift to myself not knowing what the gift is going to be. How exciting!!! So for the first time, I got my hands on the very famous Ipsy glam bags. I ordered mine from Infinity. I had not ordered it earlier, she had it in stock and I just happened to buy it. The glam bad is for the month of July. What was inside it? Read my post further to find out. 

The most popular subscription service I believe at the moment is, ST Effects beauty box with 450 subscribers per month approximately. The service is totally booked for the year with no empty spot left. This box happens to be my last one as I could not continue the service due to my unemployed status for the time being. Here is what I received in the most talked about local subscription, ST Effects Beauty Box, for the month May 2015. This time, instead of the statement ST effects box, I received my items in a jewllery display box. The items being fragile were packed in the tight jewellery box for transition purposes. The ST effects box was due to be sent with the next one. 

This post is quite late but here is what I received in my Glam bag for the month of May. The pouch is same in size as it was last month. The only change this time around is in the design. This time, its a checkered pattern which reminds me of Burberry coats and shawls. 

I know I am quite late in doing this post, it should have been done sooner, but as they say; better late than never. Today, I bring you the ST effects box for the months of March and April collectively. The items for both the items were sent out together as the entrepreneur of the service had to go on holidays. So here is what I received this time. 

One thing that has remained consistent on my blog over my 3 years journey is my obsession with Oriflame products. Ever since I have discovered this brand, I am addicted to it. Obviously there are a few misses along with hits but generally for me, it categorizes as one brand I can trust when it comes to quality. Every quarter, the brand introduces new products and some of them are so tempting that I buy them at once. Same goes for this quarter, which began in October, and, as soon as I took a look at the catalogue, I rushed to their outlet to get the latest releases. So here is what I purchased this time....

So after being MIA for quite some days I am back in action. To begin with, I am posting a mini haul that I did a while back but forgot all about it, found the pictures a few days back but my laptop crashed. Finally, I am able to do a post today. So here are a few of my purchases.

Recently a new blog has found its way to Pakistan. There were rumors of a new brand coming soon and the speculation among beauty bloggers was, its going to be Makeup Revolution. The brand has finally made an appearance and as per the guesses of many, it is Makeup Revolution. The passion of a beauty blogger is always aflame when it comes to trying new brands and products. Here is my initial Makeup Revolution haul. 

As Eid is drawing near the concept of sharing gifts known as Eidi is at its full swing. Before I begin, let me explain a little about Eid. Just like Christmas and Easter, Muslims also celebrate two major religious events known as Eids. The first one being Eid-ul-Fitr, also known as the feast of breaking the fast, which is celebrated by Muslims globally that marks the end of Ramadan. 

My fellow beauty bloggers have also been very keen to share Eidis and one such blogger sent me some wonderful goodies to make my Eid really special and joyous. Here are some of the gifts she has sent me. 

Woah! First post of the month, that too when almost half the month has gone by. I seriously need to be more consistent about blogging. Anyways I have a very rocking review lined up for today. You must know by now I am a total makeup junkie and I love hoarding makeup which is why I have to get anything new that has been launched in the market. When Milani color statement lipsticks were launched in Pakistan they created a big hype. I also ordered a few and finally am reviewing one today. Whenever the month approaches to its end I always end up being short on cash, I guess same is the scenario with most who are salaried but that has never stopped me from shopping even if its only one item. Such a temptation shopping is. Although I had no plan to buy anything like most other times but I ended up buying a few small things. There is nothing like retail therapy to fix a bad work day for you. So here is what I purchased this time.

A new rave has recently hit the Pakistani beauty blogosphere with the launch of new ultra moisturizing matt lipsticks by Color Studio Professional. I also luckily got a chance to try these lipsticks at Al Fatah during my random shopping tour. I had no idea these have hit the stores already. My inner beauty godess was so pleased when I laid my eyes on these lipsticks. Read further to find out more about these lipsticks... 

Sometimes temptations get the better of us. Usually this happens to me and it happens a lot, whenever I put a spending ban on myself I see tempting things around me screaming at me to buy them. One such temptation occurred when I read Ayesha's review on Luscious signature lipsticks. I got myself the same shade as hers and read further to find out how my experience went with it. 

Today's review is on our very own local brand that has proved itself not with time but with the quality of its products. Right from the first day of its launch till today it has given us variety, quality and something new to play with. Newbie's can rely on this brand to start off with their makeup cravings and it has a variety that encompasses teens to mature women alike. I am talking about Luscious cosmetics. I am reviewing their super moisturizing lipstick in Candy Pink today.   

I love to shop and share my haul posts and I equally enjoy reading haul posts on other blogs as well. Only one third of the month has passed and I already have a dent in my pocket. But then again that's something which happens to me every month. I wonder when I'll stop :p So here is what I got so far, this month.
