Its true we do not eat make up but in any case we expose ourselves to haram ingredients by using them. For example, there are certain lipsticks we use, they contain crushed beetles of a particular kind, no matter how much we prevent, I am sure there is a certain intake of lipstick into our system by unconscious licking or biting the lips. Similarly the makeup applied onto the skin absorbs into our pores and thats how the harmful chemicals make their way into our system.
