A month back I was contacted by PR team of Tosave.com to do a review for their website. For this purpose I was awarded a credit of $15 to buy any product(s) of my liking. I chose a tote bag and a set of rings for review purposes. This was the first time I heard of this e-commerce page and it was my first experience shopping from them. Below is my candid opinion based on my experience.

First of all, Happy new year 2016 to all my lovelies who read and follow my blog. I wish you the best for the year ahead. New year, new spirit and new resolutions. I would keep the post real short and post about jewelry items I purchased from Inc. at very economical prices. 

I am obsessed with traditional jewelry these days. There, I said it! I don't know what happened but I am lusting after traditional and Indian jewelry like a monster out to destroy the world. I can't seem to resist it *facepalm* So like always I stumbled upon this new Facebook store which made me splurge quite some amount that I had no plans to do. So here I am with you people with four new jewelry items in hand to share, and tempt you to empty your pockets as well like myself. 

This post has some relevance to the upcoming Valentine's day which is why I decided to do it in the first place. Well love is in the air, as they say and so is the hustle to buy presents for your loved ones. Some opt for chocolates, flowers, gadgets, hand made stuff, jewelry while some opt for things a little more exotic and sexy. My newest purchase is also something that falls into the later category. The only catch is it isn't for anyone nor has been a gift from anyone, it has been purchased by me, for me. So what if I don't have a valentine, I can always treat myself. Say hello to my newest obsession which is "traditional jewelry" these days. In a way it was a peer pressure and I have fallen quite hard for it. So much so, that it no longer remains peer pressure rather has become my own obsession. Here are a few tids and bits I purchased from here and there. 

My monthly hauls are never complete unless I buy something from Haroon's. With the arrival of Winters, I have lately shopped a lot from Haroon's and haven't shared all with you. However this month's purchases, I am sharing with you at the earliest. So here is what I purchased this month. 

I hope it isn't very late to share my Eid ud Adha outfit post with you. I kept my outfit really simple this time. We had back to back two lunch and dinner parties which meant majority of the time had to be spent in the kitchen so I kept my outfit simple and practical. Sorry about the crappy quality of the images, I took them from my not-so-proud-of cell phone. Since I celebrate Eids at my village with my family and relatives, these pictures were captured there. 

By now you must have realized, I simply love Accessorize and I super love their sales. This summer I kept myself in check and tried my best not to give in to temptations. I must say I succeeded very much since I did not buy a single thing this season and patiently waited for the sale. As soon as I read their facebook status, much thanks to my cousin who told me the sale is up, I rushed to Xinhua mall to take advantage of the sale. Here is what I got myself. 

The mere idea of receiving gifts is enough to excite someone and make one anticipate what one would be getting as gifts. Same happened to me when PBBC's second swap was announced. The idea of this secret swap is to send fellow beauty bloggers gifts without revealing your identity. The owners of Pakistani Beauty Bloggers Community (PBBC) paired up beauty bloggers in such a way that one did not know who would be sending them gifts and the blogger had to guess who sent them. 

Hope you had a lovely Eid and enjoying the lovely weather this Independence day. Its raining pretty hard here in Lahore and the weather is simply superb. How often do we get to see the clouds and rain here during 8 months of scorching summer heat after all? Today I am sharing a small haul of mine I carried out before Eid from Haroon's. 

I had been getting these texts on my mobile that Lifestyle has a sale going on and I was so tempted to check it out. I purchased two anklets, a skin care gift set and some home decor products. I shall be showing the bath products in another post but let me know if you are interested in seeing the home decor products I purchased, I would do an exclusive post on them. This Winter, as usual, I have been running mad, lusting after every sale there was in the city. No need to mention the big gaping holes in my pocket now :( which is why I am on a spending ban for two months now :'( Holding it up good so far since last week :p This post is long due, I misplaced my receipts and took me real long to find them. It just does not make my post complete unless I mention the prices of the items as well. Read further what items I grabbed from sale.

The latest trend in jewellery I have seen is, punk jewellery, which is being offered on every other Facebook page. But the most variety I saw was on a Facebook page that had quite a good reputation and the products bought or received samples had been reviewed by some other bloggers as well, all factors contributing to my decision to buy from that page.
