Remember the frenzy when Soap & Glory had sale on their products some time back? Facebook was bombarded with pictures of Soap & Glory items and online stores were offering very competitive prices. Much of the hustle bustle was about the Next big thing set which had loads of full size items. I also fell victim to all the craze around the big sale and bought something, its tiny though compared to the next big thing but nonetheless I love it. I have always been in love with Soap and glory products. Hence to satisfy my yen, I ordered the Think Pamper set. Read further to see what items the set contains.

It seems the new rave in Pakistan's beauty blogosphere is, subscription boxes. Many online Facebook stores are coming up with this idea. I, as a beauty blogger am more than pleased with the availability of these subscription boxes. The point of these subscription boxes is to bring to you new brands and versatile products relatively at a bit more value than what you are paying for each box. Since most of the brands are not available in Pakistan, the idea sounds awesome. Today, I bring you another beauty box which was launched in November 2014, but I came to know about it recently.

The mere idea of receiving gifts is enough to excite someone and make one anticipate what one would be getting as gifts. Same happened to me when PBBC's second swap was announced. The idea of this secret swap is to send fellow beauty bloggers gifts without revealing your identity. The owners of Pakistani Beauty Bloggers Community (PBBC) paired up beauty bloggers in such a way that one did not know who would be sending them gifts and the blogger had to guess who sent them.

Here is another something that I ordered online. I badly wanted to have the I love range of body butters but unfortunately they were out of stock at Just4girls.pk. Then I came across a Facebook page that had these body butters. Strawberries & milkshake body butter was on priority on my wish list but that was no where available :( so I just ordered Mango & papaya one.
Its a 200ml transparent plastic jar with a black plastic lid. The sticker on the lid is of orange color. The back has details of the product with directions and caution while using.

This is how the body butter looks like. Its very light orange in color more like a peach color and smells so so good. It has a strong aroma of mango and the fragrance is really refreshing.
I have put some body butter on my finget to give you an idea about the consistency of the product. Just like body butters should be, it has a thick consistency but as compared to my Ashworth & Calire's body butter I found it a little less dense. I ordered this body butter from Dhanak, a Facebook page. She has quite some range of products from NYX, Avon, Body shop, Aussie and fugde and alot more. The prices are extremely reasonable. I got this body butter for just Rs. 450 while at Just4girls.pk its for Rs. 690. Quite some difference, eh! The day I made the paymeny she dispatched it the same day in the evening and it was at my door step the very next day. So from ordering to communication to delivery I am totally satisfied by Dhanak's services and might order some more products in the future.
I have not used it a lot since I am using another body butter at the moment but I used it a few times in between and I found it really good. It smells like mangoes and the fragrance is quite strong and lasts whole day on your body. It is really refreshing to your senses in gloomy winters. The body butter is a little less dense which means it absorbs quickly and also requires to be used a little more. Since I have a very dry skin I use it liberally on my body and it lasts for good 8 to 10 hours. Overall its a good body butter, nothing outstanding or extra ordinary. I would definitely get myself in strayberry & milkshake too. I am rating it 3.7/5. If you are into body butters do give it a try. Hope you liked my review. Share in your comments with me. Winters are here and it has gotten quite chilly. With this cold weather its natural for the skin to go dry and flaky. I have a very dry skin in winters and to keep it hydrated I need to use excess moisturizers and nourishers for my skin. The one body care product that I am using religiously since last year is Ashworth & Claire's body butter.
Ashworth & Claire is a UK based brand and they deal in skin and body care products. They have three product lines namely:
1. Floral Collection
2. Naturals Collection
3. Spa Collection
Luckily I got my hands on the shea butter body butter from their naturals collection.
Ashworth & Claire claim that their naturals collection is rich in natural extracts of Aloe Vera, Shea Butter, Coconut, Olive, Honey and Mango. The body butters moisturise the skin and leave it feeling silky, smooth and soft.
Ashworth & Claire body butter in shea butter is a 200ml/6.76 fl.oz transparent plastic jar full till the surface.
The jar was full when I got it but since I have been using it consistantly very little of it is left. I can even see the bottom of the jar now. Its a thick white body butter and smells really really good. It looks more like a home made curd and has thick consistency which is actually a good thing.
My experience with this body butter has been great. I am totally in love with this product. I liberally apply it everywhere on my body everyday and it keeps my body moisturized for whole day long. Its a 200 ml jar and is enough to last for 2 to 3 months depending upon your usage. Since this is about to end i have already got a new one as a backup but that one is in mango, will also review that soon. I got this from Hyperstar Lahore for Rs. 179. The quantity and price for the quality are super great and its a must try for you all.
