Continuing my love for the subscription services, I came across February's Ipsy Glam Bag being sold at a Facebook store. I am not a die hard fan of Ipsy but I do believe that it provides access to brands which are not very known in Pakistan. The reason I opted for this month's Ipsy was solely the pouch. I love anything that is denim and this pouch being denim was something I wanted to get. Hence I ordered it and to know what came inside this bag, read my post further. 

   

February Glowybox

I have seen people going crazy over Pixi Glow Tonic. It seems to be all the rage these days. Apparently its some sort of a magic potion which is supposed to provide you a glowy skin. Initially I had no idea what it does and that is what made me google the product. It has mixed reviews which made me skeptical about purchasing it since a 100 ml bottle costs Rs. 2500. The results are variant depending upon skin types and some feel a difference after sometime and some don't. 

Quite recently, Makeup Revolution launched its sister brand by the name of Freedom Professional in Pakistan. The brand has existed for quite sometime internationally but recently introduced in Pakistan. How I used to drool over its products over the web and dream of getting them some day. I have always been very fascinated by its wide array of products and it always appealed to me as a professional grade brand but with a pocket friendly price tag. I wouldn't exactly call it a drug store brand solely based on the pricing, the quality and product creativity makes me think of it as a brand used by real professionals. Freedom Professional has a Glycolic radiance toner which is considered to be a dupe of Pixi Glow Tonic but with double the product and equally less the price. Glycolic Radiance Toner is what I shall be reviewing today in this post. 

8th March is celebrated as Women’s day across the globe to pay homage to womanhood. This month, BeautyBar joins the world to celebrate women who are not only strong and ambitious, but who also dare to dream big.

We start our celebration by introducing the women who have worked hard to bring us new and innovative products and celebrate beauty like no other. These women entrepreneurs are turning heads by redefining the meaning of Beauty and its standards.

It seems the modern trend these days is, to get stuff from Ali Express and start selling it on exorbitant prices. Use the word "Imported" with your products and Boom! your sales are rocket high. Customer Services? What are those? Never heard of them, ever! Undeliberately it seems, it has become my mission number 1 to highlight my ridiculous shopping experiences, probably to vent and also to make others aware of what is going on around us, and how cautious we need to be. I understand that Pakistan is still a growing baby in the world of E-Commerce but now that we are in the booming stage, business ethics are not supposed to be a foreign concept, rather something (a behavior) ingrained. Let me narrate an interesting shopping experience of mine from a emerging online store which even got featured on Mangobaaz. Oh, did I mention another trend? Send a few things to digital media people like influencers and kaboom! good reviews enforced.
