The Face Shop strawberry cleansing foam is what I am using these days for cleansing my skin. I had no plan to buy this product but this sort of tempted me when I saw it on the counter at Al Fatah. To be honest I just wanted to try out what it is like and now at this stage I have a love - hate sort of relationship with this product.

The face Cleanser comes in a 125 ml plastic tube. The consistency of the face cleanser is real thick. Its like a real thick cream. Once you get to use the tube more than half, you actually need to apply some pressure to get the cleanser out of the tube. Plus some of it sticks to the output hole and dries up which makes it even more difficult for the cleanser to come out and requires more pressure. Since the tube is 125 ml it is travel friendly, however for travelling I like mine to be of 50 ml size.

The cleanser itself is light pink in color more like baby pink and smells like strawberry. However I really dislike the smell of it. Although it smells like strawberry but its not a pleasant scent. I could have done without it.

I wash my face everyday with this cleanser before going to bed and it leaves my skin fresh and dirt free. I have used it in summers and now using it in winters too and I would say it does not dry out my skin at all. It somehow keeps the skin hydrated maintaining a balance that its neither dry nor oily. I was expecting it to dry out my skin in winters but amazingly it didn't an I am glad. Mostly when I use cleansers I use a toner afterwards and still my cotton pad turns out to be a little dirty. However with this face cleanser I have noticed that while toning my cotton pad stays clean. That is really Ah-mazing! It surely deep cleans the skin! Other than the smell and cleanser drying out at the lid I do not have anything negative to say for this cleanser. Will I try it again? I would love to but in a different fragrance maybe.
