Hi Beauties!
This is my first post of the year 2013. Happy New Year to all my readers and followers. Winters are in a full swing in Lahore, the temperature is down to 1 and its foggy all around. Waking up early in the morning for work and getting out of the warm blanket is a battle with oneself. No wonder I am late everyday :( It also gets hard at times to regularly wash hair because of the cold and to atone for this laziness Batiste dry shampoo is my partner in crime. Read further to find out what I am talking about.

I had heard a lot about Batiste Dry Shampoos and how they are a blessing when one does not find time to wash hair and also for those who tend to have an oily scalp. These dry shampoos tend to suck the moisture on the scalp and make the hair look more alive and full of volume.

I purchased the full sized shampoo which comes in a 200 ml tin spray bottle. These dry shampoos come in different variants, I have it in fresh. Its a clear spray just like any other hair spray but what it does is a wonder. The picture below explains how to use it.

All you need to do is shake the bottle vigorously, part your hair and spray at a distance of 30cm from the hair into the roots. Be careful to keep the bottle at a distance, keeping it closer might result in a blob of white spray all over the parted hair. After spraying it into the roots, massage with your fingers. All the oil in the scalp will vanish and it will give a voluminous boost to your hair. Trust me I have tried it on unwashed hair of 3, 4 and even 5 days :/

I am half way through the bottle already, I love it so much. It also gives a light scent to the hair but it is not long lasting or strong enought to be felt. Its the best solution for fizing the lifeless dead look of hair when in a hurry.
Remember my post on sharing my shopping experience with Beauty Unleashed? The post where I got ill fit jewellery. Well I asked for a refund and she was kind and professional to agree to it. I returned the jewellery and in return however I ordered two of these Batiste dry shampoos instead of the refund as I was having some issues with online services of my bank account. Each shampoo cost me Rs. 850 exclusive of the delivery charges. Within 24 hours I received my order. So all is clear and settled with Beauty Unleashed , infact I have even placed another order with her.

I have one and I agree with you. This is a life saver for an oily scalp. I have yet to write a review on it. :D I use it occasionally, no so often as I shampoo my hair every other day but when I'm feeling LAZY this is what I reach for. :)
