Hello Beautiful!

The first box of this year turned out to be good. Came with a full sized eye palette by tarte and Tatcha skin care masks. These two products were the highlight of the box for me. Here is a first impression and unboxing post for all my readers. 

The 5 items I received in my box this time around are: 

1. Tarte rainforest of the sea sizzle eye shadow palette 

2. Briogeo don't despair, repair! strengthen and moisture leave in mask 

3. Wander beauty unleashed volume and curl mascara 

4. Bite beauty amuse bouche lipstick

5. Tatcha luminous dewy skin mask (2 pack)

The eye palette and Tatcha masks turned out to be my favorite in the box but I could not help and notice that the box contained items of previous boxes as well. I was a bit disappointed to receive Briogeo spray and Wander Beauty mascara again. I checked the website and saw most of the variations were like leftovers of past boxes. It felt more like a year end stock clearance before book closing. 

Anyhow here is a first impression of the items I received. 

1. Briogeo don't despair, repair! strengthen and moisture leave in mask

I am regularly subscribed to MZ Online shopping for my Boxy charm boxes. I was charged Rs. 4600 for this box inclusive of the delivery charges. Lets work out the value of the box. Tarte eye palette is for $36, Tatcha sheet masks for $24, Briogeo hair repair spray for $16, Bite Beauty lipstick for $26 and Wander beauty mascara for $24. Adding up these makes the total value of the box $126 which means as per the conversion rate, the products are worth Rs. 17,000 approximately.
