Hello, lovely readers! Another month has whizzed by, and as we bid adieu to October, it's time for our monthly roundup of emptied beauty products. From haircare to skincare, this month's empties include some gems, a dud or two, and a couple of surprises. Let's dive into the beauty bin and explore the hits, misses, and everything in between!

October empties

1. Paul Mitchell Pop XG Hair Color in Purple:

Great value, vibrant colors, but a fading issue. While the quantity and pricing make it appealing, the color vibrancy dwindles with every wash compared to other brands.

2. Bionike Acteen Purifying Exfoliating Gel:

A savior for acne-prone skin during summer breakouts. As a dermaceutical product, it effectively tackled occasional breakouts, proving its worth.

3. Lusterex Hair Growth Serum:

A disappointment in a bottle. This serum was like using colored water, offering no visible results. A dud that fell short of any hair growth expectations.

4. Freecia Professional Hair Straightening Cream:

A hair disaster! Chemically straightening already bleached and dyed hair proved disastrous. Resulting in burnt, frizzy, and damaged strands, it's a cautionary tale against over-processing.

5. Garnier Body Intensive 7 Days Ultra Replenishing Lotion:

A good body lotion that kept the skin moisturized. A reliable option for daily hydration needs.

6. Vatika Hair Mayonnaise:

Initially misunderstood as a hair mayonnaise, it's a hair mask. Affordable and effective, it managed frizz and kept hair weighed down. A pocket-friendly solution.

7. Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cream SPF 30:

Overrated and underwhelming. The product didn't justify its high price tag and the hype surrounding it. A miss in the skincare routine.

8. Garnier Fructis Concentre Matiere:

A french version of hair density serum. Really liked its performance on towel dried hair. However did nit notice any visible difference in my hair density.

9. TSM Opulence Solid Lotion Bar:

A fragrant delight inspired by Chanel 05. While the solid lotion bar concept is charming, the quantity doesn't match the price. Slightly greasy but absorbed well, the tin jar lacks sustainability with no available replacements.

October brought a mix of highs and lows in the beauty bin. Some products proved their worth, while others left us wishing for more. As we venture into November, let's embrace new beauty discoveries and hope for more hits than misses. Stay radiant and beautiful, until next time! xoxo!!!
