|Empties|: From Skincare and haircare - What stayed and what strayed in October 2024

10:40 AM

Another month has come to an end, and with it, I’ve emptied a handful of products that made their way into my daily routine. From refreshing body washes to hair care must-haves and trusty eyeliners, October’s empties lineup has a mix of hits and misses. Let’s dive in!

Empties October 2024
1. Imperial Leather Wild Thing Hand Wash

A fun, fragrant hand wash that made washing hands a little more exciting. It did its job well, but I might try a new scent next time for a change!

2. Charm Natural Grapefruit and Eucalyptus Body Wash

Refreshing and invigorating! The citrusy grapefruit combined with eucalyptus made for a great pick-me-up in the shower. Loved the formula—definitely a potential repurchase.

3. Charm Natural Lushtress Daily Conditioning Shampoo

A lightweight, nourishing shampoo that worked well for frequent washes. It left my hair soft and manageable without feeling heavy. Worth considering again!

4. Medora Egg Shampoo

A budget-friendly option that actually surprised me! It cleansed my hair well and added some shine. I purchased this when the boycott was in full swing and was pleasantly surprised by the performance of this product. Makes me wonder why do we get swayed by heavy marketing tactics of bigger brands???

5. A'mrij Midnight Matte Liner

A decent matte eyeliner that has wow-ed me. The pigmentation is really good and its also long-lasting. Since its not water proof, so if you have oily lids, it may smudge.

6. LES Beauty Eyeliner

This one came in my Boxycharm box. Sadly it was a dud on all counts!

Final Thoughts:

This month was all about fresh, fragrant bath products and reliable everyday essentials. The Charm Natural body wash and Lushtress shampoo were my top picks, while the A'mrij eyeliner stood out in the makeup category. Looking forward to what next month brings! Stay healthy and beautiful. xoxo!!!
