|Empties|: September 2024 - Skincare, Hair and more!
10:32 AMAnother month down, and another round of empty bottles, tubes, and jars! September was all about skincare and essentials that I truly put to the test. Some were absolute hits, while others… not so much. Let’s dive into my empties for the month and see what’s worth repurchasing!

September 2024 empties |
1. Conatural Tea Tree and Neem Face Wash
This was a great face wash for keeping breakouts at bay. The tea tree and neem worked well together to cleanse my skin without making it feel dry. Even though I am not the greatest fan of Conatural products but their face washes are exceptionally good. This one despite being an acne controlling face wash was gentle on the skin with no post drying. Would I repurchase? Probably, especially during breakout-prone seasons.
2. Sirona Refreshing Intimate Wash
An effective wash that kept things fresh without irritation. However it had a very strong fragrance to it. More like a strong Arabian oud fragrance which was quite off putting for me. I prefer my fragrances to be gentle.
3. Join Beauty Nail Polish Remover
It did the job, but nothing extraordinary. I might try a different one next time.
4. The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser
A gentle, hydrating cleanser that effectively removed makeup without stripping the skin. its a good one, quite hyped. But would I be repurchasing? No. I have shared detailed review on the product which can be read here.
5. Okay Botanic Plus Hair Color in Black
A good, natural-looking black hair dye. The formula was easy to work with and left my hair shiny and soft.
6. Okay Botanic 6% 20 Vol
Paired this with the hair dye, and it worked as expected. No complaints here!
7. Charm Natural Balm to Milk Cleanser
Loved how this melted away makeup and SPF effortlessly. It’s a great alternative to oil-based cleansers. Read my complete review of the product here.
8. Oneskin Timeless Treat Retinol Serum
This was a solid retinol serum that helped with skin texture and fine lines. Didn’t cause irritation, which is always a plus. I made my husband use it and there was a visible difference in his under eye dark circles. Worth a repurchase!
9. Jolen Face Wax Strips
Convenient and effective for quick hair removal. They worked really well. I did explore another brand as well but find these to be most effective and efficient.
Final Thoughts:
This month’s empties featured some strong contenders, especially in skincare. The Conatural face wash, Charm Natural cleanser, and One Skin timeless treat were some of my favorites. Excited to see what I finish next month! Stay healthy and beautiful. xoxo!!!
